Article 14 § 2

2Par dérogation au paragraphe 1, les États membres peuvent autoriser une autorité publique fournissant un service visé à l'article 11, paragraphe 1, point b), à percevoir des droits, lorsque ces droits assurent le maintien de séries de données géographiques et de leurs services correspondants particulièrement lorsqu'il s'agit d'un volume très important de données régulièrement mises à jour.
